Welcome to Origin Cricket Cup tournament 2019!

On behalf of Origin Cricket executive committee, I would like to welcome all coaches, players, team staff, and volunteers to Origin Cricket Cup tournament 2019 in cosmopolitan and sunny Sydney.

Origin Cricket Cup is a T20 cricket tournament, which aspires to unite the diverse multicultural Australian communities through a true blue Australian sport, cricket. This summer, the tournament will consist of teams from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka origin. It will be an outstanding showcase of community cricket featuring some of the aspiring players with ethnic backgrounds.

Origin Cricket executive committee hope that through tournament experience, competitors will be able to enhance their skills, sharpen their competitive edges and gain a deeper appreciation for this great game of cricket while uniting and inspiring cricket fans from diverse multicultural communities.

If you are coming to Sydney for the first time to participate or for viewing the tournament, try to discover and enjoy the scenic beauty and cosmopolitan life of Sydney.

An event like this cannot be successful without the hard work, dedication and time of countless volunteers and it would be impossible to name them all. So, on behalf of Origin Cricket executive committee, I appreciate all your assistance in making this event a success.
